This initiative is being undertaken to balance the benefits received by all its employees, regardless of the size of the airport where they work.
This restructuring is being carried out by GAP pursuant to the guidelines established by federal labor laws. As a result, this process is not expected to affect working relations between the Company and its employees, as all workers'' rights, such as seniority, salaries and benefits and all working conditions outlined in the collective bargaining agreements remain in place as they were prior to the restructuring.
As of December 31, 2007, the unionized work force represented 52% of GAP''s total employees.
